KANDLE Dining Services manages the complexities of kosher dining, meeting the standards of our Jewish clients with care and experience. Our services range from kosher-style to Mashgiach-supervised Glatt Kosher.
We support our clients in honoring Jewish traditions through both food and service, including Shabbat meals, Israeli Day, and Maccabiah programs.
For cabin overnights, cookouts, and day trips, we provide ample food and a variety of options to support every outing.
We will work closely with our Mashgiach and the local Vaad to establish food guidelines. KANDLE Dining is constantly upgrading recipes and menus to ensure our campers are being provided the latest in dining trends.
Our Nutrition Team will manage all Special Dietary Requests. Whenever needed and upon the Camp’s approval, a Registered Dietitian will contact “Mom” to discuss the parameters of the diet and establish a menu.
Food Safety practices will be in accordance with the National Restaurant Associations Servsafe requirements. KANDLE has established COVID protocols for all service styles as well as Employee Wellness.
KANDLE’s Associates live on camp and adhere to each camp’s policies. All Food purveyors are properly vetted and are required to follow the policies established by the camp.
KANDLE provides great quality food and service as well as have a lot of fun with the Shoulder Season groups. We recognize many campers at Mom and Me, Family Camps, School Groups and BBYO weekends.
